Don Anderson's Philosophy

The Office of the District Attorney exists for one major purpose, to ensure that justice is fairly served.

From the words of Justice Sutherland of the U.S. Supreme Court, Don finds his moral and ethical compass;

"In criminal prosecution....guilt shall not escape or innocence suffer"....no innocent person should stand trial for a crime they did not commit, but the guilty should be tried to the fullest extent possible.
